Covasant Technologies today announced that Phaneesh Murthy, one of the most widely recognized leaders in global IT services, has joined the company as a Strategic Advisor. Murthy's appointment strengthens Covasant's leadership bench as it scales its Agentic AI platform globally.
Plano, Texas and Hyderabad, India — June 2025. Murthy brings more than four decades of experience building and scaling global IT services businesses. He is widely credited with shaping the industry's go-to-market playbook, having served in senior leadership roles at Infosys BPO and iGate, and as founder and CEO of Primentor.
In his advisory capacity at Covasant, Murthy will work closely with CEO Srikanth Chakkilam and the executive team on global go-to-market strategy, customer expansion, and scaling Covasant's Services-as-Software model for enterprise Agentic AI.
